HEART EVANGELISTA'S FANS SAD THAT HER HIT ROMCOM, 'MY KOREAN JAGIYA', IS ENDING ON JANUARY 12

THE FANS of Heart Evangelista and her love team with Korean actor Alexander Lee have reason to feel sad. Their primetime romcom, “My Korean Jagiya”, is ending next week on January 12 after a successful five-month run.
“Maraming nagme-message sa’kin na malulungkot sila pag wala na ang show, pero abangan nyo dahil pasabog ang ending ng ‘My Korean Jagiya’,” says Heart. “Magkahiwalay kami ngayon so malalaman ninyo kung magkikita pa ba kami ni Alexander or not. This is one of my successful shows ever and I can really feel na tinanggap talaga ako ng viewers nang buong puso in my role as Gia. From the bottom of my heart, I’d like to thank all the regular followers of the show na sumubaybay sa amin gabi-gabi for five months.”
Viewers are also curious as to what will happen with the love triangle between Janice de Belen, Ricky Davao and Raymart Santiago, a zany subplot in the show that made viewers glued to it night after night. “Nakakatuwa ang mangyayari sa kanila,” says Heart. “We really have to thank our director, Mark Reyes, sa dami ng heartwarming situations na naiisip nila ng team niya to make the story truly endearing for the audience.”
After this, Heart says she won’t accept any new show for a while, so that she and her husband Sen. Chiz Escudero can concentrate on their “little project”. Although she won’t specify it, you can read between the lines as she has already declared before that she and Sen. Chiz want to have their own baby this year.
She has also said before that they just want one baby because Chiz has already twins, a boy and a girl, from his previous marriage. “Okay lang sa amin kahit boy or girl ang ibigay ni Lord sa amin,” adds Heart. “Basta ang mahalaga, healthy siya at sana, hindi maging mahirap ang pagbubuntis ko.”
